We source China-origin clinical and preclinical assets and assess whether each one fits a NewCo, a straight license or a co-development deal. For assets that fit, we help structure US NewCos: rights and territory, upfront, equity, milestones and royalties, and the development plan. We make BD and investor introductions to US venture investors, company-creation firms, management teams and pharma partners. Confidential material is shared in tiers, starting with an anonymous teaser and moving to an NDA package only with the owner's approval.
